From the M5 travelling south, continue past the end of motorway where it becomes the A38.  After about 5 miles, the road forks.  
Follow the left-hand fork which becomes the A380 towards Torquay.
Follow the A380 for about 3 miles and take the left hand turn onto the B3192 (Ashcombe Cross) signposted for Teignmouth.
At the roundabout, carry straight on.
Follow the signs for Teignmouth for approximately 5 miles until you reach a set of traffic lights.
Turn left and turn right at the roundabout (signposted ‘Town Centre’).
At the ‘T’ junction, turn right and head towards the car park.

LYNTON HOUSE is on your right before the entrance to the car park.
